Tall Ships 2015

On Friday 26 June, Jolie Brise set sail from the Hamble for Belfast with a crew of Dauntsey’s parents and ODs.

Around 50 tall ships are expected to dock in Belfast from 2-5 July for the start of the Tall Ships Races 2015 and Jolie Brise will be taking part in the spectacular parade of Tall Ships along Belfast Lough on Sunday.

The first crew of pupils will join Jolie Brise on Sunday ready for the first race of the summer season - from Belfast they will head north through the Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands to Ålesund in Norway, 60 nautical miles south of the Arctic Circle.
